The Glider or Harness repair process is complex and it is difficult to estimate exact labor hours. Once the repair is complete we will send you a final invoice or Refund if it takes less time.
Our rush service rate is in addition to the cost of regular service and means your gear will be our #1 priority when we receive it!
The Return Shipping cost is variable and depends from your location and weight of the package, we will happy to refund the shipping cost later and add a shipping insurance, please let us know. Please DO NOT USE the option "Signature Conformation Delivery"

Service Agreement

I understand and agree that upon AirQuest Paragliding LLC’s completion of work on my Equipment, I will kite my wing and inspect my Reserve/Equipment. However, it is my responsibility to fully inspect and install my reserve/equipment before I operate it again, and AirQuest Paragliding LLC is not responsible for any injury or damage to my person or property, or injury to the person or property of any third party arising out of or relating to the assembly or configuration of my reserve/equipment, for which I agree to release and indemnify AirQuest Paragliding LLC from any and all claims, liability, lawsuits, and legal actions, whether caused by my own negligence or the negligence of AirQuest Paragliding LLC or its agents, employees, officers, or contractors.
